VICKERS VANE PUMP
Purpose built stand to run the ASTM D7043 Vickers Vane pump method, evaluating the anti-wear additives in hydraulic fluids.
The stand can also accommodate ISO20763 or modified methods. Using the modern B2 pump body and Conestoga vanes and rings, this stand is up to date on the latest methods.
This setup is brutally simple: a real pump, double of the real load, and no place for weak additive packages to hide. Results correlate well with field reliability and help rank fluids for mobile and industrial hydraulic systems applications.
